Digital counters are used on folders, stitchers, and
other bindery equipment, as well as various inserters and mailing machines.
Every counter is very easy to install on most Challenge, MBM, Baum,
O&M, Stahl, and MBO folder models.
Model TC (Total Count)
This basic counter has six digits, and will count up to 999,999
Model RTC (Rate & Total Count)
In addition to the total count, the RTC display can show the count rate
in pieces per hour. The rate function is displayed until the next push
of the count/rate switch.
Model BCV (Batch Counter with Air Valve)
This is a seven-digit total counter, and has two rate meters and job
time display. It includes a vacuum valve, while the BCR model includes
timing relay and socket but no air valve.

warranty on parts, materials, and workmanship.
Optional
Mounts
Optional Mounts include a long post mount with an 18" post, and
magnetic mounts. Choose a magnetic mount after determining the height
of the mounting point for the counter. If the counter is to be mounted
on a horizontal surface at chest to eye level, we recommend the #1 magnetic
mount with the straight post. If it is to be mounted lower than that,
we recommend the #2 magnetic mount with angled post, to angle the display
up towards the operator's eyes. The #3 vertical magnetic mount (not
pictured) is the solution if there is no suitable horizontal surface.
Counters require 2" of clearance behind the case for the sensor
plug.
