Standard
High-speed guillotine with one or two fixed pile lifts. The entry
configuration into a cutting system. For an efficiency of up to 110%,
eliminating hard and strenuous work, at the same time.
You can choose between stock feeding on loading platforms or by forks.

High-speed guillotine, mobile stack lift, automatic jogger, transfer
table / air-bed table, fixed pile lift.
The minimum variant for mechanised stock preparation with precise
alignment of the edges by jogging. Ergonomically advantages are offered
by the components of the Perfecta transfer system such as transfer
tables, air-bed tables or transfer corners. |
 Major

High-speed guillotine, mobile stack lift, automatic jogger, transfer
tables / air-bed tables, unloader. The automatically unloading cutting
system for
high rationalisation effects: up
to 170% in efficiency, compared with the "Standard" system.
Here too, the Perfecta transfer system (air-bed table, transfer table,
transfer corners etc.) provides alleviation of work. |
 Perfect

board system, unloader.
The stock-preparation and buffering cutting system is a perfect solution
when jogging and cutting take different time.
When you work with 1.5 operators (swing man), an efficiency of up
to 190% can be achieved, compared with the "Standard" system.

telescopic gripper system, unloader or pile lift.
The stock-preparing cutting system with automatic rear table feeding
by a telescopic gripper system straight from the automatic jogger.
For this purpose, both units are provided with lowering side gauges.
Identical jogging and cutting times are a prerequisite to efficient
working. If so, an efficiency of up to 200% can be obtained as compared
with the "Standard" system. |
Premium 1

High-speed guillotine, mobile stack lift, automatic jogger,
intermediate table, telescopic gripper system, unloader or pile lift.
The stock-preparing cutting system with a buffer zone and with automatic
rear table feeding.
The intermediate table has a buffer function to compensate minor time
differences between jogging and cutting.
An efficiency of up to 210% of that of the "Standard" system is possible.

Premium 2

High-speed guillotine, mobile stack lift, automatic jogger, storage
board system, telescopic gripper system, unloader or pile lift. Stock-preparing
cutting system with a wide buffer zone and with automatic rear table
feeding by a telescopic gripper system.
This largely eliminates non-productive time when jogging and cutting
require different times. When you work with 1.5 operators (swing man),
an efficiency of up to 250% can be achieved, compared with "Standard"
system.

Autoload

High-speed guillotine, loader, telescopic gripper system, unloader.
The cutting system which almost entirely automates all ancillary work:
automatic loading and unloading, automatic piling by controlled insertion
of the loading table into the stock, automatic pile transporting from
the loading table to the rear table by a telescopic gripper system
and automatic unloading of the finished piles. Due to the system compatibility
with the Prepare 2 system, different times for jogging and cutting
can be completely compensated.
Therfore, an efficiency of more than 300% can be achieved, compared
with the "Standard" system. |
Prepare 1

Stack lift, automatic jogger, storage board system. The separate
jogging system including a storage board system for the compensation
of major time differences between jogging and cutting. Ideal in combination
with a variant of the "Perfect" or "Premium 2" (without automatic
jogger and stack lift) system. |
Prepare 2
(Work flow from right to left)
Stack lift, automatic jogger, unloader.
The separate jogging system with an automatic unloading process as
a pre-stage to all systems provided with automatic loaders.
Above all, extraordinarily suitable for large job quantities.
