 The
Bourg BT12/57 is a modular vertical collating system capable of speeds
of 4,300 sets per hour. This system can be expanded, which helps to
eliminate obsolescence. The base collator consists of 12 bins which
can be married to additional feed towers in increments of 15 bins,
to a total of 57 feed bins. The BT12/57 incorporates full flexible
programming with memory, automatic doubles and miss calibration, and
ascending or preset/reset counting. Accessories for the 12/57 system
include heavy duty dual head stitcher, knife folder, face trimmer,
book press and stacker.
