This horizontal-design collator is based upon the patented technology of C. P. Bourg Companies. This technology includes counter balanced feed wheels for the reliable and consistent feeding of an intermixed range of stocks coupled with a steel rubber-roller transport mechanism for delivering your stock into offset stacking or various finishing modes.

Ergonomics
 The horizontal design is the most efficient and operator-friendly design. Loading the collator is done at a convenient waist-level height. Trays slide out with easy accessibility and loading comfort. The transport mechanism is at chest height, which allows for easy control and visual inspection of the stock. All Bourg finishing accessories are at the same convenient operator height, allowing for maximum operator visual inspection, setup, and unloading of stock.

Dual Tray (P2)
The Bourg AE Collator utilizes a unique dual-tray feed capability. The dual tray provides an operator the capability to load a complete 46-station segment of your collator job when 46 stations are feeding. There is virtually no down time due to loading of stock with the dual tray option.
